PPavilion

For agents and brokers

Pavilion is built for the way commercial agents and business brokers work. Turnover, net profit, lease years, premium and planning use class are first-class fields, not notes in a description, so your instructions surface for the buyers who are searching for exactly what you have. This page explains what an agency account includes and how the plans work.

What an agency account includes

An agency account gives your firm a branded presence on every listing, a shared inbox for enquiries, a viewing diary your team can manage, and seats for colleagues. You can set it up in a few minutes when you publish your first listing, or from the dashboard if you already have an individual account.

  • A branded profile with your logo, trading name, phone number and email on every listing card and detail page.
  • Team seats so negotiators and administrators can publish and respond under the agency name.
  • An enquiry inbox and viewing management shared across the team.
  • Featured placement to promote key instructions.
  • Listing limits and priority placement that scale with your plan.

Branded profile

Your logo and agency name appear on the seller card of each listing, in search results and in the emails buyers receive when you reply or confirm a viewing. Upload a logo in JPEG, PNG or WebP format from the agency setup step or the Team tab; a square or wide logo on a plain background works best. Keep the phone number and email current, because buyers who prefer to call will use them directly.

Team seats

The person who creates the agency is its owner. Owners invite colleagues by email from the Team tab and choose a role for each; invitations last 30 days and count towards your seat allowance while pending. Members sign in with their own magic link and see the agency's listings, enquiries and viewings. Remove a member when they leave and the seat becomes available again.

Starter includes one seat. Growth includes three and Agency includes ten; when all seats are in use the invite button tells you and offers an upgrade.

Plans

Choose the plan that matches the size of your book. You can upgrade at any time from the Team tab or the pricing page, and the change takes effect immediately.

  • Starter — £39 per listing. One seat, pay as you go, ideal for an agent with occasional commercial or business instructions.
  • Growth — £149 per month. Three seats, up to 25 live listings, two featured placements included at any one time.
  • Agency — £399 per month. Ten seats, unlimited listings, featured placements included and priority placement in search results.
All plans are free during the launch period. See the section below and the pricing page for current details.

Enquiry inbox

Every enquiry on an agency listing is delivered to the agency email address and to the Enquiries tab, with the buyer's name, contact details and message. Reply from the dashboard so the response is recorded against the enquiry and sent to the buyer by email with your details in the reply-to; the enquiry is then marked as replied so colleagues can see it has been handled. New enquiries are counted on the dashboard overview.

Viewing management

Set the days and time windows your team can offer viewings for each listing, and buyers request a slot from the listing page without needing an account. You can allow instant confirmation for straightforward viewings, or review each request in the Viewings tab, where you can confirm it, decline it, propose a new time or assign it to a member of the team, and afterwards mark it completed or a no-show. Buyers receive a booking reference and a calendar invitation when a viewing is confirmed, and an email on every change. Agencies see every team member's requests in one queue, and pending requests are highlighted on the dashboard so nothing is missed.

For franchisors

Franchisors and brand owners have their own account type. Instead of an agency plan they pay £199 per franchise opportunity listing, manage territories from the dashboard and receive qualified leads — capital, timescale, experience and preferred territory — rather than viewing requests. Franchise resales are priced as business listings and appear under Commercial → Businesses as well as on the Franchises tab. If you are an agent selling a franchised unit on behalf of a client, list it as a business in the normal way. See the franchisor guide for the details.

Free during launch

While Pavilion is in its launch period every plan, listing fee and featured placement is free. No card is requested and nothing is charged retrospectively. We will email every account holder at least 30 days before billing starts, with the prices that will apply, so you can decide which plan suits you before you pay anything.

Getting started

Click "List a property", choose "Agent or agency", enter your agency details and invite your team, then complete the four listing steps. Your first listing is reviewed before it goes live, usually within a few hours. If you have a large portfolio to move across, or questions about plans, email contact@propertypavilion.co.uk and we will help you get set up.
